TERMS & CONDITIONS | EOFY SALE PROMOTION

A rebate of up to $30,000 (including GST) on selected Lots in Stages 3.3 (eligibility for lots within other stages is at the discretion of the vendor).

 

1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The EOFY Sale promotion is only available for selected Lots in Stages 3.3. The promotion is valid for purchases from Saturday, 1st June 2024 to 30th June 2024. Any purchases made after 30th June 2024 or for lots within any other stages will not be eligible for this promotional offer unless agreed to by the vendor in writing.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply.

This promotion cannot be used with any other current offers. To be eligible for the EOFY Sale promotion:

a) The purchaser must:
  – Sign an unconditional contract of sale to purchase a lot in Stage 3.3 at Gen Fyansford;
  – Pay the deposit required; and
  – Complete settlement according to the terms of the contract of sale.

b) The rebate offered by the vendor is:
  – For an amount of up to and not exceeding $30,000.
  – Available on selected Lots in Stages 3.3 only (unless the Vendor agrees for it to apply to lots within other stages).
  – Provided to the purchaser by way of adjustment to the purchase price at settlement,

c) The EOFY Sale promotion is available for redemption once only and is not transferable to any party unless agreed by the vendor in writing.

3. LIABILITY
a) The vendor reserves the right to cancel or amend the EOFY Sale promotion including the terms and conditions of the promotion offered at any time without notice.

b) By participating in EOFY Sale promotion, you as purchaser agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria.
