Scores of youngsters hopped into Easter celebrations as Gen Fyansford and St Joseph’s Football & Netball Club teamed up to host an Easter Extravaganza on Sunday, April 14th.
The event which was held at the Gen Fyansford parkland, saw just under 200 people show up for the spectacular morning of Easter fun including an Easter egg hunt, football game, playful activities, and sausage sizzle. The Easter egg hunt was a particular highlight, with youngsters running amok as they searched for the 300 Easter eggs amongst the plush parkland.
Alice Smith, Development Director at ICD Property – the property development company behind Gen Fyansford’s redevelopment – said she was delighted that so many youngsters enjoyed a great day out in Gen Fyansford’s family-friendly community. “This event was the perfect way to lead into Easter festivities and everyone certainly had lots of fun,” Ms Smith said.
Gen Fyansford has proven to be an incredibly popular community for young and growing families.
However, the best indicator of the successful event was all the smiles we saw on the parents and kids in attendance, which is why we will be doing it again next year!
