1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The $15K Solar Payday promotion is only available for Stage 3.3 purchases and valid from Friday 13th October 2023 to Sunday 17th December 2023. Any purchases made after this date or within any other stage, will not be eligible for this promotional offer unless agreed to by the seller.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other current offers. To be eligible for the $15K Solar Payday promotion,
3. The purchaser must:
a) Sign an unconditional contract of sale to purchase a lot in Stage 3.3 at Gen Fyansford.
b) Complete dwelling construction within twenty-four (24) months from land settlement.
c) Select and install any Solar System of their choice with minimum 4kw. The installation must comply with the Gen Fyansford Design Guidelines including any other requirements in the Contract of Sale and done to the seller’s satisfaction.
d) Complete installation of the Solar System within six (6) months of the issue of Occupancy Permit for the dwelling; and
e) Provide satisfactory proof of payment and completion of the Solar System installation including but not limited to the following:
– Evidence of land settlement being completed.
– A copy of the Occupancy Permit issued for the dwelling.
– Photos of all the completed Solar System (min. 4kw); and
– Any other documents reasonably requested by the seller.
4. The seller will provide the purchaser with a rebate of $15,000.
5. The rebate offered by the seller is:
a) For an amount not exceeding $15,000.
b) Available for Solar Systems with a minimum of 4.kw only.
c) Available for redemption once only;
d) Subject to the purchaser providing satisfactory proof of payment and completion of the installation including any further information requested by the seller; and
e) Paid into the purchaser’s nominated account within 45 days of the purchaser providing all the information specified in (d) above.
6. LIABILITY
The seller reserves the right to cancel or amend the $15k Solar Payday promotion including the terms and conditions of the promotion offered at any time without notice. The seller is not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from the purchaser’s participation in the $15k Solar Payday promotion.
7. By participating in $15K Solar Payday promotion, you as purchaser agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria.
